The PowerShift 4.20.019 Update

Incremental changes from the initial release of 4.20.018* through the initial release of 4.20.019 are outlined below.

The names of new programs are preceded by * (asterisk); the parenthetical code that follows each description is a tracking code: PDEVnnnn is the notation for 4.20; P410nnnn indicates the change was also available as an update to PowerShift 4.10.028.

ITP: Transfer Print

• Selecting the Print demand info? Program option prints the demand type, order & line number (if available) for each line on the transfer. (PDEV8044, P4100878)

LRTE: Barcode Labor Entry

• Supervisors can be notified via email if a reporting employee clicks Cancel rather than logging out. Run User Options Maintenance (UOPT) for LRTE and select Email notification on cancel?. (PDEV8050, P4100879)

MSP: Shop Paper Print

• Print component notes? replaces the Print BOM notes? Program option, enabling you to print notes for the components on the manufacturing order. (PDEV7992)

QOE: EDI/Sales Quote Maintenance

• The new Misc fields button accesses fields specific to EDI orders. The Modify contract button label was shortened to Contract and the Chg customer button label was shortened to Chg cust to accommodate it. (PDEV8036)

RBIC: Repetitive Billing Report

• Orders with no errors can be automatically transferred to sales orders; optionally, orders that are created can be placed on hold. Error report and log file output options were also added. (PDEV6507)

SRAM: Sales Rep Assignment

• When setting up sales rep assignment by customer, you can apply the rule to all of that customer's ship-to numbers by entering ALL in the Customer ship-to field. (PDEV3262)

VIQ: Inspection Status Inquiry

• The Q-Info button can display supplemental information about each item pending inspection. The VIQ-* or VIQ-product_class message code (set up in Document Message Maintenance - TRST) defines the information displayed. (PDEV8067)

WOS: Release Outside Services

• Selecting Do this for all? in the vendor change dialog changes all orders for one vendor -- including those already selected for that vendor -- to another vendor. (PDEV7951)

XM: System Options Maintenance

• Interface options screens (e.g., EDI, XML, Manifest) have been standardized and enable you to send log files, interface errors, and data errors to different email devices and user IDs. (PDEV8027)

• E-Business Options
  The Other info button accesses a new screen with additional options. (PDEV8027)
