Buzz-Worthy PowerShift Features
Time to test your PowerShift knowledge! Did you know you can:
- put the programs and reports you use most (or the ones whose names you forget!) on every menu?
Click Favorites on any menu to set up your list! - quickly renumber notes?
Export the notes to the Windows clipboard, delete them, and then import them with different sequence numbers. More info...
- change the labels of several inventory fields?
Define the labels for one or more item attribute fields in System Options Maintenance (XM) Inventory Control Options. If you leave them blank, default labels (Size, Material, Style, Color) are used. Use Item 'size' Codes Maintenance (TISZ), Item 'material' Codes Maintenance (TIMT), Item 'style' Codes Maintenance (TIST), and Item 'color' Codes Maintenance (TICL) to set up tables with valid choices. Enter and/or change field content in Enterprise Item Maintenance (IM). - display where-used details for multiple items?
Multi-Item BOM Where-Used (MWUM) displays where-used information (like MWU) but lets you specify a range or input a list of items. - force order PO lines to be received one-by-one?
Use User Options Maintenance (UOPT) to disable the Receive complete field in Receiver Maintenance (IRC). - prompt close a PO line when you receive less than the ordered quantity?
It's an option you set in System Options Maintenance (XM) Purchasing Options.
