Provide More Product Info to Your Order Desk

When you use the "long form" sales order entry method you can customize the display for line items. Because customers have different requirements about the item attributes they need to see, Q-Info was introduced to display a window of additional item information that you configure in Document Message Maintenance (TRST).

Some of the data elements that can be displayed include the item's long and alternate descriptions, minimum sales quantity, packaging, warranty and export information as well as user fields that you have defined for inventory items. The complete list includes the text codes you use to set up Q-Info in TRST and the associated data elements.
